我国企业FDI逆向知识转移效能评估模型构建∗
Construction of evaluation model of effectiveness of reverse knowledge transfer of FDI of Chinese enterprises
摘要
Abstract
In recent years, the rapid growth of FDI of Chinese enterprises in developed countries becomes a trend, and the effectiveness of reverse knowledge transfer of subsidiary enterprises is paid more attention by the FDI seeking for innovative assets. Many scholars have deeply studied the influencing factors of reverse knowledge transfer, based on which the four kinds of influencing factors of the effectiveness of reverse knowledge transfer are summarized, namely, the factors of parent company, subsidiary company, relationship between them, and knowledge. Analytic Network Process is applied to weight each factor, a model which can quantitatively evaluate the effectiveness of reverse knowledge transfer is established, and suggestions of improving the effectiveness of reverse knowledge transfer of Chinese enterprises are proposed accordingly.关键词
