摘要

Abstract

To study the extraction process of polysaccharide in TaiBai Fritillariae(PFT),the polysaccharide was extracted by wa-ter bath,ultrasonic and boiling method,and the content was assayed by enthrone colorimetric.Using orthogonal experiment analysis, the optimal extraction conditions of three extraction process were as follows:the water bath extraction method:temperature 70 ℃,solid-liquid ratio 1∶15,and extraction time 1 h,content of the optimum conditions of extraction of polysaccharide was 0.65 mg/g;The ultrasonic cell crushing extraction method:temperature 80 ℃,solid -liquid ratio 1∶25,and extraction time 15 min,content of the optimum conditions of extraction of polysaccharide was 0.99 mg/g;The boiling method:temperature 90 ℃,solid -liquid ratio 1∶20, and extraction time 3 h,content of the optimum conditions of extraction of polysaccharide was 0.38 mg/g.
