Abstract
The core and difficulty for cultivating excellent engineer is how to implement the enterprise training program.According to the practical problem during the formulation and implementation of the enterprise training program in Hohai University,this paper researches and explores several aspects,such as:the safeguards for implementing the enterprise training program ,the formulation and implementation of the enterprise training program ,the enhancement of the process management.All of this aims to provide con-structive references for other colleges.关键词
