体外受精-胚胎移植受孕与自然受孕双胎妊娠临床结局比较
Comparison of pregnancy outcomes between twin pregnancy conceived by IVF-ET and twin pregnancy conceived naturally

Abstract
Objective: To compare the obstetric and neonatal outcomes between the twin pregnancy conceived by IVF-ET and the twin pregnancy conceived naturally. <br> Methods: The retrospective cohort study included 89 twin pregnancy conceived by IVF-ET and 56 twin pregnancy conceived naturally in Tangdu hospital during 2014. The maternal complications,childbirth and neonatal outcomes were compared between the two groups. <br> Results: The women in the IVF-ET conceived group were older than the naturally conceived group [ (30. 45 ±4. 40) vs. (28. 63±5. 12)] (P<0. 05). The rate of pregnancy-induced hypertension (25. 8% vs. 12. 5%),the incidence of premature birth at 28-31+6 weeks ( 10. 1% vs. 3. 6%) , the very low birth weight rate ( 10. 1% vs. 3. 6%) ,and the ratio of referral to neonatology ICU ( 55. 1% vs. 34. 8%) were significantly higher in IVF-ET conceived group than those of the naturally conceived group (all P<0. 05). <br> Conclusions: Twin pregnancy conceived by IVF-ET is associated with adverse pregnancy outcomes. The prevention of complications and prenatal & intrapartum care after twin pregnancy conceived by IVF-ET should be strengthened.关键词
