贲门癌人表皮生皮生长因子受体－2的表达及其临床病理意义
Expressions of CerbB-2 in Gastric Cardia Cancer in High Incidence Area and Its Clinico-pathological Significance

Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between the expressions of CerbB-2 and clinicopathological features of gastric cardia cancer.Methods 114 patients with gastric cardia cancer from September 2007 to October 2014 undergoing surgical procedures were randomly selected.Expressions of CerbB-2 in tumor tissues obtained intr-aoperatively were detected by immunohistochemistry technique ( EnVision method) .The correlation between the ex-pressions and clinicopathologic parameters was analyzed.A receiver operating characteristic ( ROC) curve of age and maximum tumor diameter was generated by Youden index method.Results The positive expression rate of CerbB-2 in gastric cardia cancer was 59.65%(68/114).The age and maximum tumor diameter cutoff on the ROC curve were 60 and 5cm, respectively.The results indicated that the positive expression of CerbB-2 was associated with maximum tumor diameter(P=0.014), but not with other clinicopathological features (P>0.05).Conclusion High expression of CerbB-2 in gastric cardia cancer may accelerate the growth of gastric cardia cancer, which is sig-nificant for the assessment of biologic behavior of gastric cardia cancer.关键词
