早期尤瑞克林联合丁苯酞治疗基底动脉尖综合征的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of urinary kallidinogenase combined with bu-tylphthalide in the treatment of top of basilar syndrome.Methods 50 cases of top of basilar syndrome were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The patients in the control group were treated with bu-tylphthalide, and those in the observation group were added with urinary kallidinogenase based on the treatment of the control group.After the continuous treatment for 14 days, NIHSS scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly improved compared with that of the control group after 14 days and 28 days ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Urinary kallidinogenase combined with bu-tylphthalide in the treatment of top of basilar syndrome is significantly effective.关键词
