从线粒体动力学角度探索肾脏病治疗新策略
New therapeutic strategy of kidney diseases from the perspective of mitochondrial dynamics
摘要
Abstract
Mitochondria,asahighlydynamicorganelleexistingintheeukaryocyte,isabletomain-tain the stabilization of mitochondrial network by constant fusion and fission. Mitochondrial dynamics equilibri-um plays a crucial role in maintaining the function of tissues and organs,such as kidney,heart,skeletal mus-cle,etc. However,the mechanism underlying the effect of mitochondrial dynamics upon the incidence and pro-gression of kidney diseases remains elusive. Accumulated evidence has demonstrated that the changes in mito-chondrial dynamics are widely involved with the pathogenesis and development of acute renal failure,diabetic nephropathy and alternative renal diseases. In this paper,recent research progresses in terms of the association between mitochondrial dynamics and kidney diseases were summarized and reviewed,aiming to explore novel prevention and treatment of renal diseases.关键词
