Research progress on clinical application of mycophenolate mofetil in neuroimmune diseases
摘要
Abstract
Mycophenolatemofetil(MMF)isakindofimmunosuppressiveantibiotics,whichhas been widely applied in organ transplantation and treatment of rheumatoid diseases with high clinical efficacy. In recent years,MMF has been utilized to treat neuroimmune diseases and preliminary effect has been achieved.In this paper,recent progresses of clinical application of MMF in the management of neuroimmune diseases, such as multiple sclerosis,neuromyelitis optica,myasthenia gravis,chronic inflammatory demyelinating poly-neuropathy,multifocal motor neuropathy,idiopathic inflammatory myopathy and neurosarcoidosis,were briefly summarized.关键词
