Abstract
The signaling process of creating default Bearer and dedicated Bearer is analyzed in detail. Differences of QoS parameters in the two processes, and how to realize QoS in each network element are studied, especially when QCI of different users and businesses varies, available QoS guarantees vary accordingly.关键词
