摘要

Abstract

In this paper ,with 4‐months‐old seedings of Dendranthema indicum as experiment materials ,we explored the distribution of capitate trichomes density in different leaf positions .We also used salicylic acid to treat with leav‐es of Dendranthema indicum ,in order to study its effect on trichome density and camphor compounds of trichome exudates .The results showed that the trichome density of cutters is biggest ,followed by upper leaves and Lower leaves ;In single leaf ,the trichome density of lower epidermis is bigger than upper epidermis .Salicylic acid treat‐ment have no effect on increasing the density of capitate trichomes of Dendranthema indicum ,but it will increase the relative content of camphor compounds .When the Salicylic acid treatment at a low concentration of 0 .05% ,the increase is most remarkable ,the dynamic of the relative content shows that it reached its maximum at 4h .
