利用玉米芯栽培黑木耳试验研究
Study on Cultivation of Auricularia heimuer Using Corn Cob
摘要
Abstract
The Auricularia heimuer ( Mu er No .1) was cultivated using corn cob insteadof sawdust as substrate .The experiment had 5 treatments and corn cob substitutes were 0 ,15% ,30% ,45% ,60% respectively .The results indi‐cated that 30% corn cob substitutes instead of sawdust as cultivation substrate could promote the mycelium growth rate ,speed up the mycelium healing ,promote the primordium formation and improve yield and biological of Auricu‐laria heimuer .关键词
