The Research Progress of Procyanidins of Pine Bark
摘要
Abstract
Proanthocyanidins is a widely present in plant polyphenolic compounds .The paper reviews mainly the oli‐gomeric proanthocyanidins extracted by pine bark ,includes the physiological effects of pine bark ,physiological func‐tion and extracting situation of proanthocyanidins ,the appications in the field of food and cosmetic and lays a theo‐retical foundation for the development and application of oligomeric proanthocyanidins extracted in pine bark .关键词
