ALA-PDT联合0.1%他克莫司软膏治疗玫瑰痤疮疗效观察与分析

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of combination therapy of 5-aminolevulinic Acid-photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) and tacrolimus 0.1% ointment in the treatment of rosacea.Methods Ninety-five cases with rosacea were randomly divided into three groups. Treatment and control group 1 adopted the treatment of ALA-PDT once every week for 4 weeks.Treatment and control group 2 received tacrolimus 0.1% ointment twice one day for 8 weeks. Results After the treatment of 8 weeks,total efifciencies of the treatment group, control group 1 and control group 2 were 86.11%,62.96% and34.38% respectively. No serious adverse reaction was observed in these three groups. Statistically signiifcant difference was observed between the overall effective rate of treatment group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion ALA-PDT and tacrolimus 0.1% ointment are both safe and effective in the treatment of rosacea,which can also improve patients’ quality of life.关键词
