免疫系统人源化小鼠的构建及其应用进展
Construction and application of huma nized immune sysetm mice
摘要
Abstract
Humanized mice have been developed for nearly 40 years though it was hard to construct available model at begin-ning.With more immunodeficiency of the host mice ,the reconstructed humanized immune system ( HIS) reached higher levels .Not only was the background of the hosts essential for the reconstruction ,but also several strategies for administration or over-expression of human cytokines in the host mice achieved big breakthroughs .As the humanized mice model is becoming more improved ,it has been used in various areas,such as hematopoiesis,infectious diseases,autoimmune diseases,cancer and so on.Now,human immune cells could be almost complementally biologically developed in the niche of the mice ,however,due to species-specificity,the humanized immune cells were usually functionally impaired .So,what we learnt from the humanized mice could not reflect the whole immunological process in humans.Thus,the investigation for improving humanized mice model will be continued in order to provide a more promising platform for pre-clinical therapeutics .关键词
