Performance Management in Community Health Service Based on Information Technology
摘要
Abstract
On the basis of performance management,this paper constructed a management model of community health service which integrates performance planning,performance appraisal,performance evaluation,performance feedback and result application into an organic whole to solve the current problem of unclear process of performance appraisal and performance management process. This study also discussed how to design knowledge base of appraisal plan,evaluation benchmarks,fund calculation models,and knowledge base of abnormal performance and the way to embed them in the key processes in order to realize whole process management of community health service performance and at the same time improve the flexibility and intelligence of performance management.关键词
