我国构建家庭医疗签约服务制度的机制探讨
Exploration of Family Doctor Contract Service Mechanism in China
摘要
Abstract
Family doctor contract service is an innovative community health service mode promoting the equalization of basic public health services in urban and rural areas,and is also an important institutional arrangement to provide public health services and basic medical services that feature safety,effectiveness,convenience and low expense. The paper analyzed the necessity of family doctor contract service in China,and introduced the content,measures and problems of the service. We suggest that family doctor team should be strengthened and the informatization of community health services should be given full, and an effective performance assessment and incentive mechanism according with real conditions should be established. In this way,contract residents can receive personalized and diversified health services and more talents will be attracted to serve as″ health gatekeepers″,thus the residents will be guided to seek for medical services rationally and a new - type medical service system that features order,effectiveness and sustainable development will be established.关键词
