大气颗粒物对肾脏影响的研究进展
Research Progress of Airborne Particulate Matter on Kidney
摘要
Abstract
Evidences with regard to the toxic effects of airborne particulate matter(PM)on kidney are increasing in recent years. Epidemiological and toxicological studies have suggested detrimental effects of PM exposure on the structure and function of kidney. Long - term exposure to PM has been possibly correlated with the increased risk of renal cancer. The mechanisms of PM effects on kidney remain unclear. However, several plausible mechanisms, including inflammation, oxidative stress and DNA damage may be involved. The paper made a review of the research progress about the influence of PM on kidney based on available research data.关键词
