Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations,imaging characteristics,differential diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary infiltration from NK/ T - cell lymphoma(NKTCL)to improve the cognition about NKTCL. Methods Clinical data of a case of patient with NKTCL was collected and the data was analyzed and discussed by the department of author, and differential diagnosis from different aspects was conducted. Results After definite pathological diagnosis,the patient was administered with 6 cycles of chemotherapy of DICE project. The clinical symptoms and results of imageology and laboratory inspection of the patient improved and the patient had a favorable prognosis. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of pulmonary infiltration from NKTCL are not distinctive compared with common disease of respiratory system,and the illness state can be improved rapidly by timely symptomatic treatment.关键词
