RNA 干扰在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展
Progress of RNAi Technology for Cancer Therapy
摘要
Abstract
Malignant tumors are a major threat to human health,and at present the primary types of treatment such as surgery,radiation and chemotherapy do not have a good effect. This text introduced the mechanism of RNA interference(RNAi) and the application of RNAi technology in cancer therapy,described drug delivery methods of RNAi in the therapy,RNAi -induced off - target effects and immune response. Although problems still exist in the treatment by RNAi,RNAi - based cancer therapy may be a new method for the clinical treatment of cancer by further research.关键词
