摘要
Abstract
Parkinson disease with mild cognitive impairment(PD-MCI)is a cognitive dysfunction syndrome,which is caused by Parkinson disease(PD),and PD-MCI has potential value in the prediction of Parkinson disease dementia(PDD). PD-MCI produces little effect on the ability of daily life and has not developed dementia yet. After the diagnostic criteria of PD-MCI was put forward by international Movement Disorders Society(MDS),new ideas have been put forward by a series of studies in the aspects of occurrence and development of PD-MCI by applying the criteria,and the rationality of the diagnostic criteria has been evaluated preliminarily. In this paper,epidemiology,risk factors,the characteristic of clinical subtypes,diagnosis, prognosis and therapy of PD-MCI were summarized,which suggested that the morbidity of PD-MCI with various clinical subtypes is high,while valid treatment means curing PD-MCI are still lacking at present and deeper research needs to be explored.关键词
