Abstract
Objective To investigate the method for improved gastric tube fixation and its application effect. Methods The study enrolled 120 patients who underwent radical surgery for esophageal carcinoma in the Department of Cardiac Surgery of Hospital Affiliated to Nantong University from October 2014 to October 2015. Using random number table method,we divided the patients into control group and trial group,with 60 patients in each group. We cut 3M adhesive tape into 20 pieces which were randomly divided into group A(no heating)and group B(being heated to 50 - 60 ℃ by microwave oven). Control group used the original method of using 3M fixed adhesive tapes directly to fix stomach tube;for trial group,5% NaHCO3 solution(heated by microware oven to 50 - 60 ℃ )was used as skin cleaner,and after cleaning,3M adhesive tape was heated by electric hair drier to fix stomach tube. The utmost gravity bore by 3M adhesive tape was compared between group A and group B,and the satisfaction of patients and nurses of the control group and trial group was also compared. Results The utmost gravity bore by group A was(0. 57 ± 0. 05)kg,and that bore by group B was(1. 21 ± 0. 25)kg,and there was significant difference between the two groups(t = 19. 445,P = 0. 02). There were significantly different in the satisfaction of patients and nurses between the control group and trial group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The improved method of fixing gastric tube has good efficacy and has been affirmed by patients and nurses,thus is worth to be promoted in clinical practice.关键词
