壮族居民痛风和高血压的患病率、患病特点及其临床护理思考
Study on the prevalence, characteristics, and clinical nursing of gout and hypertension in the Zhuang people of China

Abstract
Objective To study on the prevalence, characteristics, and clinical nursing of gout and hypertension in the Zhuang people of China. Methods 561 individuals of Zhuang people who live in Jingxi county of Biase city were randomly selected and surveyed. Their heights, weights, blood pressures, blood sugars, cholesterol, triglyceride, and blood uric acids were tested. According to the test results, 133 individuals with gout or (and) hypertension were assigned to the gout or (and) hypertension group, 248 healthy individuals were assigned to the non-hypertension-non-gout group. The test indexes of the gout or (and) hypertension group were analyzed, and the clinical nursing countermeasures were proposed. Results The rough prevalence rate of gout was 2.0%(Male 3.2%, Female 0.7%), the men's was higher than that of women (x2=4.724, P=0.030). The rough prevalence rate of hypertension was 22.6%(Male 27.4%, Female 18.0%), the men's was higher than that of women (x2=7.194, P=0.007). The rough prevalence rate of hypertension combined with gout was 0.9% (Male 1.5%, Female 0.4%), the men's was higher than that of women (x2=95.418, P=0.000). The mean BMI, systolic pressure, systolic pressure, blood sugar level, cholesterol level, triglyceride level, and blood uric acid level, as well as the abnormal rates of BMI, cholesterol level, triglyceride level, blood sugar level, and blood uric acid level of the gout or (and) hypertension group were all higher than those of the non-hypertension-non-gout group (P < 0.01). Conclusion There are high prevalence rates of gout and hypertension in the Zhuang people. There are correlations of gout and hypertension with the abnormal changes of BMI, cholesterol, triglyceride, blood sugar, and blood uric acid in the patients. We should strengthen the health care education and promote healthy lifestyles including stopping smoking, limiting drinking, reducing intake of high purine foods such as fat, animal offal, and seafood, as well as controlling weight and participating in aerobic exercises among the Zhuang people. We also recommend that they test the blood pressure and blood uric acid regularly to early detect and early treat the diseases of gout and hypertension.关键词
