Abstract
Objective To study the correlation of insulin signaling pathway between AKT1 genetic polymorphism and alzheimer disease, in order to further understand the effect of AKT1 genetic polymorphism on the susceptibility of alzheimer disease. Methods Patients with alzheimer disease were selected as the research objects in case group, at the same time health physical examinees with matched age and sex were selected as the research objects in control group. To extract DNA, in order to carry out gene sequencing applied by PCR at 6 AKT1 gene locus. Results The differences of AKT1 at rs2498786 gene locus was statically significant compared with case group and control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Allele C which is the mutant of AKT1 rs2498786 gene locus, could increase the risk of alzheimer disease. AKT could be the susceptible gene of alzheimer disease, AKT1 rs2498786 gene locus could increase the incidence of alzheimer disease, while other AKT gene locus, which has non obviously correlation with alzheimer disease, but not exclude the minor genes, is worthy of further study.关键词
