摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the phlegm meridians soup for acute cerebral infarction patients phlegm blockage cerebral vascular hemodynamic indexes. Methods 100 cases of phlegm and blood Blockage of acute cerebral infarction patients from January 2012 to June 2015 for treatment in our hospital were studied,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.In the control group,patients were treated with routine treatment of acute cerebral infarction;observation group of patients on the basis of the above-described treatment,plus soup with phlegm meridians for treatment.Before and after treatment the mean blood flow velocity and blood viscosity were tested. Results Before treatment,all patients brain ACA, MCA and VA of velocity compared with before treatment were significantly faster,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Magnitude faster while patients in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with the two groups of patients after treatment, the viscosity of the blood detection index were significantly improved and was statistically significant(P < 0.05).And the degree of improvement was observed,two groups had significant difference and was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients in the observation group total effective rate was 94.00%,significantly higher than control group, and was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Phlegm meridians soup can improve phlegm blockage acute cerebral infarction cerebrovascular hemodynamic parameters,thus improving patient brain circulation,reduce damage to nerve tissue and reduce disease progression.关键词
