摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of severe pneumonia with sepsis treated with Thymosin. Methods 82 cases of severe pneumonia with sepsis were selected from December 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital,all the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(n=41),the patients of the control group were given conventional treatment, the patients of the observation group were given thymosin infections on the basis of the Conventional treatment,the patients in two groups were continuous therapy five days.The clinical efficacy,Duration of mechanical ventilation,ICU stay time,IL-6,TNF-α,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+of two groups were compared. Results The clinical efficiencyof the observation group (95.12%) was significantly higher than the control group (80.48%),Duration of mechanical ventilation and ICU stay time were less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).After treatment,IL-6,TNF-α,CD8+levels of the observation group and the control group were lower than before treatment,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+were significant higher than before treatment,the observation group IL-6, TNF-α, CD8+ levels were lower than the control group,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Thymosin severe pneumonia sepsis better enable clinical symptoms significantly improved immune function improved significantly,as a treatment for severe pneumonia sepsis and effective method in clinical application.关键词
