Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of irbesartan and amlodipine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension. Methods 105 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2014 were divided into three groups:observation group(Irbesartan combined with amlodipine),control group A(amlodipine),control group B(irbesartan),35 cases in each group.Blood pressure, FBG, FINS, CRP and MALB were compared between the three groups after 8 weeks. Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group A and B (P< 0.05), the SBP, FBG, DBP and FINS in the observation group were lower than those in control group A and control group B (P<0.05).The content of CRP in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the other two groups (P<0.05), the content of MALB in the observation group and the control group B were significantly decreased after treatment, there is no difference between the two groups. Conclusion Irbesartan and amlodipine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension has significant effect,can control blood pressure and blood sugar, also has the effect of anti-inflammatory and protecting renal function, is safe and worthy to be popularized.关键词
