Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of xiyanping combined ribavirin in the treatment of infantile hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods 74 children patients with infantile hand-foot-mouth disease,who were selected as the research objects,were randomly divided into control group and test group,with 37 cases in each group.To treat with ribavirin based on routine treatment on control group,to treat with supplemental xiyanping treatment on test group based on control group,with the treatment course of 7d.To evaluate and compare the treatment effect and the interrelated index of disease of patients between the two groups,and to analyze safety of drug use. Results The total treatment effective rate in test group 94.6% was obviously higher than which in control group 72.9%,the differences was statically significant(P < 0.05).The body temperature recovery time,the herpes regression time,the rash regression time,and the cure time and etc.Of patients in test group were significantly shorter than which in control group,the differences was statically significant(P<0.05).There were non severe adverse reactions of the two groups. Conclusion Xiyanping combined ribavirin in the treatment of infantile hand-foot-mouth disease is conducive to rapidly improve the clinical symptoms and signs,has higher safety of drug use and better treatment effect,is worthy of clinical popularization.关键词
