Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention on blood glucose control in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 74 cases of type 2 diabetic patients who were treated in our hospital from July 2013 to March 2015, were randomly divided into two groups, 37 cases in each group, the A group were carried out the routine nursing, and the patients in group B were treated with psychological nursing. To evaluate the change of SCL-90 score, the change of blood glucose level, nursing satisfaction rate and the rate of hypoglycemia reaction and the rate of blood glucose in two groups. Results the SCL-90 score and blood glucose level was significantly improved after the intervention in the B group (P < 0.05). The rate of nursing satisfaction and blood glucose in B group was significantly higher than those in A group, and the incidence of hypoglycemia was significantly less than that of A group (P<0.05). Conclusion psychological nursing intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with blood glucose control, can effectively improve patients with negative emotions and control blood glucose, improve blood sugar compliance rate, reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia, improve patient satisfaction, it is worth promoting.关键词
