Abstract
Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing on the emotion and hospitalization satisfaction in patients with senile fracture operation. Methods 200 patients with fracture, who were received and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015, were selected and as the research objects and were randomly divided into two groups,with 100 cases in each group.To adopt routine nursing intervention on patients in control group,to carry out preoperative psychological intervention on patients in observation group, to investigate the anxiety degree,depression degree,and hospitalization satisfaction of patients in the two groups. Results The differences of SAS,SDS score 1d before operation was no statistical significance compared with the two groups(P > 0.05).The the anxiety degree and depression degree 2d after operation in observation group were significantly lower than which in control group (P<0.05),the visual analogue scale 1,7,14d after operation in observation group were obviously lower than which in control group,the differences were statically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention applied on patients with fracture could improve the situation of anxiety and depression of patients, has positive effect to improve the hospitalization satisfaction.关键词
