Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy. Methods 100 cases of prostate cancer patients after radical prostatectomy admitted in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2015 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, the control group (50 cases) was treated with basic therapy and routine nursing care; the observation group (50 cases) further received the comprehensive nursing intervention in psychological intervention,pelvic floor muscle training, bladder function training,dietary intervention.SAS and SDS scores,satisfaction, complications, incidence in patients were observed. Results The SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05); the incidence of nursing intervention in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The patients with radical prostatectomy can effectively prevent the occurrence of urinary incontinence, shorten the time of urinary incontinence,improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the postoperative complications.关键词
