集束化策略在经皮胃造瘘患者围术期护理中的效果分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of cluster strategy in perioperative nursing of patients with percutaneous endoscopy gastrostomy. Methods 71 who were received percutaneous Endoscopy gastrostomy (PEG) in our hospital from January 2014 to August 2015 were selected as research objects and they were allocated to the control group and the observation group. 36 patients in the control group who were received treatment from January 2014 to December 2014 were received routine nursing. 35 patients in the observation group who were received treatment from November 2014 to August 2015 were received cluster strategy at the basis of routine nursing. Incidence of complications, nursing satisfaction degree and compliance with doctor’s advice, etc. of two groups were compared. Results The total incidence of complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction degree and compliance with doctor's advice of the observation group was significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of cluster strategy in perioperative nursing of patients with percutaneous endoscopy gastrostomy can significantly reduce the incidence of complications and improve patient satisfaction with nursing and compliance with doctor’s advice.关键词
