Abstract
Objective To study the effect condition of bilirubin on parameters of blood routine examination. Methods To select 40 patients with abnormal bilirubin who were carried out biochemical detection in our hospital as observation group, and to select another 40 healthy subjects as control group. To detect the blood routine examination of the research objects, to analyze the changes of leukocyte count, hemoglobin, and blood platelets and etc., furthermore, to detect the blood routine examination at 0.5, 1, 2, 4h in observation group, to further analyze the effect of bilirubin on parameters of blood routine examination. Results The differences of the distribution width of platelet volume, hematocrit, average platelet volume, average hemoglobin concentration, platelet volume, distribution width of corpuscular volume was no statistical significance compared with the two groups(P>0.05), the action time of bilirubin in observation group has no effect with the parameters of blood routine examination(P>0.05). Conclusion The increased bilirubin could cause the occurrence of false increase on leukocyte count, hemoglobin, and false decrease on platelet count. The action time of bilirubin has no effect with the parameters of blood routine examination.关键词
