孕中期胎儿体表及脊柱畸形实时三维与二维超声检查的对比研究
Comparative study of real-time three-dimensional ultrasound and two-dimensional ultrasound of fetal surface deformity and spinal deformity in second trimester

Abstract
Objective To compare effects of real-time three-dimensional ultrasound and two-dimensional ultrasound in adjutant diagnosis of fetal surface deformity and spinal deformity in second trimester. Methods Clinical data of 9184 pregnant women receiving ultrasound examination in second trimester in our hospital from March 2012 to November 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. 55 cases were diagnosed as surface deformity and or spinal deformity according to results acquired after labor or induced labor. Results of real-time three-dimensional ultrasound and two-dimensional ultrasound were compared. Results In 9184 puerpera, 55 cases were diagnosed with fetal deformity and the incidence was 0.6%. Of whom, there were 45 cases of facial or cranial deformities including hygroma colli, anencephalus, down syndrome, cheilopalatognathus and so on, 3 cases of spinal deformity including spinal bifida occult, spinal bifida aperta and spinal curvature abnormalities, 2 cases of limb deformities including strephenopodia, short limbs and so on and 5 cases of trunk deformity including gastroschisis, pcromphalus and so on. In 55 fetuses, detection rate of two-dimensional ultrasound was 72.7%and detection rate of three-dimensional ultrasound detection rate was 92.7%. Detection rate of three-dimensional ultrasound was higher than that of the two-dimensional ultrasound (P<0.05). Conclusion Real-time three-dimensional ultrasound has a higher diagnostic rate in adjutant diagnosis of fetal surface deformity and spinal deformity in second trimester than two-dimensional ultrasound.关键词
