摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the characteristics and regularity of color Doppler echocardiography in pulmonary atresia with ventricular septal integrity. Methods 40 cases of patients with pulmonary atresia with intact ventricular septum were selected in our hospital from December 2013 to August-2015. The characteristics and regularity of color Doppler echocardiography were analyzed. Results 40 cases of ventricular septal complete pulmonary artery occlusion using color Doppler echocardiography for diagnosis, the accuracy rate of diagnosis was 95% (38/40). The remaining 2 patients were misdiagnosed as severe tetralogy of Fallot and isolated left ventricular hypoplasia. With the help of the two-dimensional echocardiography, four patients with apical chamber heart were examined, and all patients were shown to have a positive position of 2, and 2 groups of patients with atrioventricular valve were opened to 2 ventricle. Including 26 patients showed right ventricular diameter increase, 12 cases of patients with tricuspid stenosis display third cusps appear different degree of development limited, 2 patients with atrial septal aneurysm and display the room bulging of left atrial septum. Conclusion Ventricular septum complete pulmonary artery closed in color Doppler ultrasound echocardiography examination has obvious characteristic and regularity, but need to distinguish severe tetralogy of Fallot and isolated left ventricular hypoplasia.关键词
