Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy and applicative value of transvaginal four-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasound to evaluate tubal patency. Methods 75 infertile women who were treated in our hospital were received examination of transvaginal four-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasound.According to obtained images,tubal patency of patients was evaluated. Then patients were received tubal examination by laparoscopy.Results of transvaginal four-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasound and laparoscopic examination were respectively compared and analyzed.The concordance rate of examination was analyzed from tubal patency,partially obstructed fallopian tube and obstructed fallopian tube. Results Compliance rates of tubal patency,partially obstructed fallopian tube and obstructed fallopian tube and laparoscopic examination were 93.65%,85.71% and 93.88% respectively. And the total compliance rate of diagnosis was 91.21%.Comprehensively,the compliance rate of diagnosis was higher.Cases of tubal patency, partially obstructed fallopian tube and obstructed fallopian tube of four-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasound were 63, 36 and 49 respectively and those of the laparoscopic examination were 63, 35 and 50 respectively.The two groups had no significant difference which had no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion Stereoscopic dynamic image of fallopian tube of four-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasound is clear, stereoscopic,intuitive,well-shaped,real time,easy to operate and strongly repeated.It has remarkable advantages with a broad prospect.关键词
