Abstract
Objective To investigate and study the participation of the establishment of health records in patients with hypertension in community, to propose optimization measures according to existing questions. Methods To select 98 patients with hypertension as the research objects who had established the health records in community of Heping County People's Hospital of Heyuan, to carry out investigation and analysis of the related factors adopted by self-made investigation questionnaire on the establishment of health records in patients, to propose optimization measures on the establishment of health records in patients with hypertension in community according to the investigation results. Results At present, the main method of establishing files in patients with hypertension in community was door-to-door follow-up(63.3%), while the opportunity of establishing files was mainly of visiting in hospital(60.2%). The knowing rate(70.4%) of importance on establishing files in patients, the attention rate(81.6%) of treatment in hypertension, and the satisfaction(79.6%) of community service were lower. Conclusion Through the investigation on participation related factors and demand of the establishment of health records in patients with hypertension in community, to improve the participation of establishing files according to the system perfection, the system perfection, improving service and aspects.关键词
