摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical application effect on right colon cancer D3 radical operation of laparoscopic middle approach. Methods 160 patients, who were implemented with the right colon cancer D3 radical operation of middle approachs in our hospital from June 2014 to August 2015, were selected and were randomly divided into two groups, thereinto, 80 cases in control group were treated with traditional laparotomy, and 80 cases in observation group were treated with laparoscopic surgery. The differences of general information on age, sex, tumor stage and differentiation of patients were no statistical significance compared with the two groups(P > 0.05)there was comparability. To comparative analyze the condition of intraoperative and postoperative, and the occurrence of postoperative complications of patients between the two groups. Results The operation time, exsufflation time of intestinal tract, dietary recovery time, hospitalization time in observation group were obviously lower than which in control group, intraoperative blood loss in observation group was significantly lower than which in control group, the differences were statically significant(P < 0.05). The proportion of hemorrhage, incision infection, pulmonary infection, intestinal obstruction, anastomotic leakage, cardiovascular accident of patients in observation group were significantly lower than which in control group, the differences were statically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Right colon cancer D3 radical operation of laparoscopic middle approach has better clinical effect than traditional laparotomy, has effectively shortened patients' hospitalization time, with less complications, is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
