Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of pneumatic lithotripsy and ultrasonic lithotripsy in the treatment of infected renal calculi. Methods A total of 72 patients with renal calculi treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2012 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Patients in control group received percutaneous renal lithotripsy under percutaneous renal mirror,and patients in the observation group were treated with percutaneous renal ultrasound lithotripsy.The operation duration,bleeding volume,postoperative complications,postoperative stone clearance rate were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time and blood loss of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was 8.1%, which was significantly lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The stone clearance rate of the observation group was 94.6%,significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The patients with infectious renal calculi implementation via percutaneous nephroscope ultrasonic lithotripsy can effectively remove renal infection stones,reduce the complication incidence,safty and easy to implement,it is worth for clinical use.关键词
