ALA光动力疗法治疗面部痤疮临床疗效研究
Clinical effect of ALA photodynamic therapy on facial acne
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of 5- (ALA) in the treatment of facial acne vulgaris. Methods 90 patients with facial acne were divided into 2 groups, 45 cases in each group. Observation group was treated with ALA photodynamic therapy, control group was treated with routine drugs. The clinical efficacy of the 2 groups were compared. Results Total effective rate of observation group was significantly better than that the control group at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment. Skin grease of the observation group was significantly less than the control group. 2 groups had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion ALA photodynamic therapy has significant efficacy in the treatment of facial acne, which is worthy of application.关键词
