摘要

Abstract

Objective To study the ultra-early microsurgery technique and efficacy on middle cerebral artery aneurysm rupture combined intracranial hematoma.Methods52 patients with middle cerebral artery aneurysm rupture combined intracranial hematoma,who were treated with ultra-early microsurgery from January 2011 to January 2014,were retrospective analyzed.To analyze and study the operating skills of microsurgery and treatment effect. Results Of the 52 intraoperative occlusive aneurysms in 52 patients,4 multiple aneurysms were treated with second stage interventional embolization after operation,to evaluate according to GOS score of 1 year postoperative follow-up.The results showed that,there were 40 cases good prognosis,10 cases poor prognosis,and 2 cases death,there into,patients of Level V in Hunt-Hess classification were poorer prognosis. Conclusion Ultra-early microsurgery on hematoma removal and occlusive aneurysms is perfect and effective method to treat middle cerebral artery aneurysm rupture combined intracranial hematoma of Level V in Hunt-Hess classification.
