Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of trichosanthin in treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP). Methods Data of 12 patients who were diagnosed with CSP in department of gynecology and obstetrics of Ruijin Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Shanghai Jiaotong University from January 2012 to August 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.They were all received the treatment of trichosanthin to study its clinical effects in treatment of CSP.Results In 12 patients receiving the treatment of trichosanthin,there were 9 cases of significantly decreased blood beta-HCG,2 cases of slowly decreased blood beta-HCG who needed methotrexate chemotherapy to make blood beta-HCG to the normal level and 1 patient of unsuccessful conservative treatment who needed surgery.Conclusion Trichosanthin injection in treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy has certain curative effect.It is an ideally effective drug which can be used in adjuvant treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy.关键词
