ESWT联合髓芯减压治疗早期股骨头缺血坏死临床疗效分析
Analysis of clinical curative effect of ESWT combined with core decompression in treatment of early osteonecrosis of femoral head
摘要
Abstract
ObjectiveTo compare the curative effect of extracorporeal shock wave therapy(ESWT)combined with core decompression and single ESWT in treatment of early osteonecrosis of femoral head (ONFH).Methods29 patients(32 hips)(meeting the standards of ARCO stageⅠ andⅡ)with early osteonecrosis of femoral head who were admitted to our hospital and received follow-ups from March 2013 to September 2015 were selected.17 patients(19 hips)in the combined group were treated by ESWT combined with core decompression of femoral head while 12 patients(13 hips)in the single group were only treated by ESWT.Harris scores of 3 months,6 months and 12 months before and after treatment were counted and analyzed. Clinical effective rates of two treatments were compared. Results At follow-ups of 3 months,6 months and 12 months after treatment,Harris scores of two groups were significantly increased than those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with single group, Harris scores of 6 months and 12 months after treatment of the combined group were significantly increased(P<0.05). ConclusionESWT combined with core decompression in treatment of early ONFH is more effective than the single ESWT.关键词
