Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of kissing stent and single stent in the treatment of coronary bifurcation lesions. Methods 80 patients who were in the cardiology department of our hospital from June 2012 to December 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with the agreement of patients and their families as well as the permission of Chemo & Physio therapy committee.The observation group was treated with kissing stent,and the control group was treated with single stent.The operation outcomes,coronary angiography results,and adverse cardiovascular event incidences of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results In the observation group,the operation time, the 50% rate of immediate postoperative residual branch vessel stenosis,the 50% rates of TIMI 3 branch vessel blood flow and residual branch vessel stenosis in one year after surgery, and the rates of target lesion revascularization and stent thrombosis in one year after surgery were all better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe operation time can be shortened by using the kissing stent,which surpass the single stent for its long term effect and low adverse cardiovascular events rate,though the short-term effect of the two kinds of stents were the same.关键词
