Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of manipulation in the treatment of tennis elbow. Methods 96 cases were randomly divided into two groups,who met the inclusion criteria. The treatment group was treated with manipulation, and the control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine ion introduction instrument combined with computer intermediate frequency treatment. The patient's pain perception and activities of daily living were recorded and assessed on VAS score and ADL questionnaire before treatment first day and after treatment tenth day. The scores and the clinical effects of two groups were compared. Through the Nimodipine method, the clinical efficacy was divided into four levels: clinical recovery, markedly effective, effective and ineffective. ResultsThe treatment measures of two groups had curative effect. The curative effects of the two groups were different by VAS and ADL score. Manual group had more advantages. In the pain perception (VAS score and stress test) and the ability of daily living activities, the massage group and the control group were able to effectively improve the symptoms. ConclusionThe results of this study showed that manipulation maneuver in the treatment of tennis elbow can relieve pain, and improve joint function.关键词
