子痫前期患者血清LCN-2的表达及其与病情的相关性分析
Research and analysis of the expression of serum LCN-2 in patients with preeclampsia and its correlation with the disease

Abstract
Objective To research and analyze the expression of serum LCN-2 in patients with preeclampsia and its correlation with the disease.Methods 100 patients with preeclampsia who were in Baoan District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were divided into two groups,50 patients with mild preeclampsia among them were assigned to mild group,other 50 patients with severe preeclampsia were assigned to severe group. Meanwhile,50 healthy pregnant women were selected as control group.Serum LCN-2 concentrations in all patients and healthy pregnant women were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),and results between groups were compared.ResultsThe LCN-2 concentration of the mild group was (52.37±12.98)ng/mL,the severe group's concentration was (74.25±15.73)ng/mL,both were significantly higher than that of the control group,which was (22.13±6.94)ng/mL.Compared between groups(P<0.05),which was statistical significance.Conclusion The serum LCN-2 concentration in all preeclampsia patients increased with the aggravation of the disease.The more severe the disease was,the greater the level of serum LCN-2 concentration was.It can be used as an important evidence for the detection and diagnosis of preeclampsia,and is worthy to be widely used in clinical practice.关键词
