摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation between blood pressure circadian rhythm and target organ damage in elderly patients with essential hypertension.Methods 82 elderly patients with essential hypertension who were in our hospital were evenly divide into normal group and abnormal group according to blood pressure rhythm,41 cases in each group.Their clinical data were recorded, and the mean systolic pressure and mean diastolic pressure of 24h,day and night,as well as the target organ damage degree of heart,brain, and kidney of the two groups were compared.Results In the abnormal group, the mean systolic pressure and mean diastolic pressure, day diastolic pressure,night systolic pressure and diastolic pressure,and blood pressure load were significantly different with those of the normal group(P<0.05),the incidences of cerebral infarction and myocardial ischemia were obviously higher than those of the normal group(P<0.05). Compared with the normal group, the left ventricular mass of the patients in the abnormal group increased(P<0.05).There was a higher probability of proteinuria in the abnormal group(P<0.05).ConclusionThere are more obvious target organ damages in the elderly essential hypertension patients with abnormal circadian rhythm of blood pressure.关键词
