代谢综合征对双膝骨关节炎病情影响临床分析
Clinical analysis of effect of metabolic syndrome on the development of bilateral knee osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of metabolic syndrome on the development of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 206 patients with knee osteoarthritis who were admitted to and hospitalized in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2015 were selected and divided into the metabolic syndrome group (n=53, 25.72%) and the non -metabolic syndrome group (n=153, 74.27%) according to combination with metabolic syndrome. Joint KL rating and inflammatory marker level were compared.ResultsDifferences in knee joint KL rating of patients in two groups had statistical significance (P<0.001). Difference in C-reactive protein (CRP) and Erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) in two groups had statistical significance (P<0.001). Conclusion Joint KL rating and inflammatory marker levels of knee osteoarthritis patients combined with metabolic syndrome were significantly higher than patients without metabolic syndrome. Thus the treatment of metabolic syndrome should be strengthened.关键词
