Abstract
Objective To explore the focus and risk factors of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were in our hospital form January 2014 to June 2015 were selected as control group, and 50 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus who were in our hospital during the same period were selected as observation group. The clinical observation results of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe comparison results showed that (observation group VS control group), the proportions of smoking were 46% VS 16%, the high sensitive C-reactive protein levels were 2.83 VS 1.05, the incidences of hypertension were 58.0% VS 34.0%, and the FPG, HDL-C, HbALC were (8.6±2.8) mmol/L VS (7.0±1.9) mmol/L, (5.2±1.6) mmol/L VS (4.2±1.2)mmol/L, (10.06±2.54) mmol/L VS (9.1±2.8)mmol/L respectively. All indexes above were statistically significant (P<0.05). The multi-factor regression analysis results between ischemic cerebral vascular disease combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus and high sensitive C-reactive protein wereOR=2.98, 95%CI=1.18-7.76,P=0.035, which showed a positive correlation. The multi-factor regression analysis results between ischemic cerebral vascular disease combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus and FPG wereOR=0.810, 95%CI=0.25-7.398,P=0.008, which showed a positive correlation. Conclusion High sensitive C-reactive protein and FPG are the main independent risk factors of ischemic cerebral vascular disease combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus, which should be prevented and treated to improve the patients’ life quality.关键词
