摘要
Abstract
Objective to analyze and explore the clinical efficacy and safty of metformin andglimepiride in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods 100 cases with type 2 diabetes in our hospital from January 2013 to July 2015 were selected ,they were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly,each group had 50 cases. Compared and assessed the efficacy and drug safety.All the patients received dietary control,reasonable exercise. The patients were taken glimepiride 1mg,30 minutes before breakfast,once a day,it could be added to the daily 3mg depending on the condition.The patients were taken metformin 0.25g,15 minutes before breakfast,three times a day. And it could adjust dose depending on the condition.during the treatment,Dose adjustment closely integrated blood glucose.,continuous observation 14 weeks.Results after the treatment,fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2h blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin of the patients in the two groups were all decreased (P<0.05),the observation group decreased more significantly (P<0.05),the two groups both had good drug safety by follow-up.Conclusion metformin and glimepiride in the treatment of type 2 diabetes can control blood sugar well,it is simple,patient adaptability and safety.关键词
