摘要
Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the application value of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation on type Ⅱ respiratory failure.Methods70 cases of patients with type Ⅱ respiratory failure treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group. The conventional treatment, budesonide and formoterol fumarate powder for inhalation inhalation therapy was taken to the control group,non-invasive positive pressure ventilation was taken to the observation group. The changes of heart rate(HR),respiratory rate (RR), arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)and the partial pressure of arterial carbon dioxide (PaCO2) in the two groups before treatment, after treatment for 2h,72h was recorded. Results There was no significant difference about HR, RR, PaO2 and PaCO2 between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment for 2 hours, HR, RR, PaO2 and PaCO2 of the observation group was improved, compared with before treatment, the difference was significant (P<0.05);but there was no significant difference about HR,RR,PaO2 and PaCO2 in the control group before treatment and after treatment for 2 hours (P>0.05).After treatment for 72 hours,HR,RR,PaO2 and PaCO2 of the two group was improved, compared with before treatment, the difference was significant (P<0.05);and the improvement of observation group was better than that of control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 97.14%, higher than 80.00% of the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05).ConclusionNon-invasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of type Ⅱ respiratory failure can effectively relieve the clinical symptom, improve the prognosis,is safe and effective.关键词
